When preparing articles for publication, authors are advised to carefully consider and adhere to the guidelines outlined as follows:
1. Language
- Manuscripts must be written in English (international distribution).
2. Originality
- The manuscript must:
- Be unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
- Have approval from all co-authors and relevant institutional authorities.
- The publisher assumes no responsibility for legal claims related to the manuscript.
3. Format
- Layout: Single column.
- Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt.
- Paragraphs: Continuous, separated only by headings, subheadings, images, and formulae.
4. Blind Review Policy
- Since the journal uses blind review, authors should not include their names, affiliations, or email addresses in the manuscript template.
- This information must be provided only on the Title page.
5. Figures, Tables, and Illustrations
- Figures preferably in color (journal is full-color).
- Must be embedded in the text (not submitted separately).
- Captions:
- Tables: Above the table.
- Figures, graphs, photos: Below the illustration.
- Table font: Times New Roman, 9 pt.
6. Mathematical Expressions
- Equations should be:
- Clear and understandable for non-specialists.
- Written using Times New Roman symbol set.
- Placed on a separate line and numbered consecutively.
7. References
- In-text citation: Numbers in square brackets [1].
- Reference list:
- Numbered in order of appearance.
- Use Times New Roman, 9 pt.
- Include DOI links when available.

- Up to 10 pages: Free of charge.
- Additional pages beyond 10 pages: 1000,000 IRR per page.
